  I have been dealing with them for almost a year now. They contacted me to collect a debt and assured me that i would only pay 9 payments at $5/mo. to get out of default. I found out today that i have made 11 payments to them and when i asked about it they told me i was required to pay monthly until they get the paperwork finished. That was not what i was told in the beginning. They are liers!

  I had my debit card stolen and so my payment wouldn't go through. I tried getting ahold of them for a week and finally started recording the voicemails I left. Finally got ahold of someone who said that their phones have been down. Youre a professional collection agency! Why the heck are your phones down??? If I get charged a late fee because of this I'm going to be so mad

  I just started a student loan rehab through this company. As a woman commented below me ranting and raving, they take their job seriously. Which is good for me the consumer. They answer the phone on the first ring 9-10. Patch me through quickly, and while you may not get the person your looking for someone will talk to you and get things done. So, as far as first impressions go, I like them. I was googling them to get more information on them and who they are and saw all the bad reviews. People who have bad experiences are the ones most likely to go out of there way to comment.
