  Went to pay my fathers car insurance because he is busy, and as soon as I go in I am immediately disrespected by the two women at the front desk. I say "I'm here to pay my car insurance" The lady with the black hair responds "Wow, no way I thought you were here to pay your phone bill" Okay? So, I blow it off continue to tell the lady with the blonde hair I wont say her name but her initials are L.B. . She pulls up my fathers info and immediately the girl on the left L.B. says "how old are you because there is no way you are 60", and then what really upset me was when the girl on the right said "YOU LOOK LIKE ARE 12" okay first of all I am 19 years old, and I'm just wondering what kind of establishment would hire such disrespectful people to treat their customers like that I mean I honestly felt offended when she said that. Who cares if I LOOK 12 this is supposed to be a professional business, and I get spoken to this way. I do not understand how either of these lady's got a job at a place like this.

  I have used State Farm Insurance for 25 years. For the past 5 years I (and my husband) have used Pam Accardo. When we tried to claim on our home owners because of a limb damaging the roof we had major issues. We had $1000 deductible. We got a call from the adjuster who came up with an estimate $995, without ever stepping foot on our property. Then when we had another claim for our vehicle one of the representatives there told us that damage sustained by an object (like a rock) hitting the mirror and causing damage on interstate should go on our collision... Now I am not a young person but I could have sworn that this would be comprehensive. So, I asked questions. And this guy had the nerve to make rude comments to my husband first. And then while I was there at the office trying to take care of it, had the nerve to talk about me where I could hear him. But because I am a mature adult I did not confront him. I talked to another representative. You would think that being customers for so long and having 3 vehicles, life, and home insurance we would have gotten a call from Pam Accardo. But we never did. So we have dropped all insurance except for home... and we will be doing that within the next week. If you need insurance I would suggest definitely using a different STATE FARM office or better yet, try another company.
